We never keep secrets. But this year, we made a small exception.

Throughout every job search, our talent always impresses us with their determined, positive attitudes. That’s why we were eager to nominate one of our candidates for the American Staffing Association’s 2019 All-Star Awards.

We picked Arinda Johnson, who worked with us this year to find a flexible role that allowed her to continue her education career while spending quality time with her family.

Shortly after, we placed Arinda as a temporary substitute teacher assistant, which was her first assignment working with children with special needs and differing abilities.

Starting a new job in an unfamiliar field is intimidating to even the most seasoned professionals, but she welcomed this challenge as an opportunity.

Within a few months, we were thrilled to hear she was thriving and making strong connections with her students.

A few months later, we received even better news.

The American Staffing Association selected Arinda as the winner of the 2019 All-Star Award.
